Is KOTH only for skiers and mountain bikers?
While KOTH is launching with a focus on skiing, snowboarding, and mountain biking, we plan to expand to other adventure sports based on user feedback and demand.

How does KOTH work?
Sign in, create your rider profile, coordinate trips with your friends, set up trip leaderboards for your group, and compete challenges in resort & worldwide.
Once you're set up, our proprietary AI assistant, Jester, helps you cut the hassle out of group planning
by finding the best dates, coordinating logistics, suggesting routes, and tailoring navigation & activities to your group’s individual skill levels and trip preferences.
What is the role of our AI assistant, Jester?
Jester is your proactive adventure agent. It automates complex group trip planning, coordinates schedules, helps you locate your friends, suggests optimal routes based on your personal skill level, and can even nudge your group / group leader to keep plans on track, so you can focus on the fun, not the logistics.
Who is KOTH for?
KOTH is built for anyone who loves adventure sports, whether you’re a seasoned skier, mountain biker, or just getting started. The app is especially useful for groups of friends who want to streamline trip planning, gear rental and add a competitive edge to their outings with the chance to win real prizes.
Is KOTH free?
KOTH’s core features are FREE to use. We will offer premium features and in-app purchases in the future, but our goal is to make adventure accessible to everyone.
How does the challenge and leaderboard system work?
KOTH offers real-world challenges based on location, distance, altitude, achieving fantasy team style group milestones or even bars visited!
Your progress is tracked in the app, and leaderboards let you see how you stack up against friends and the wider community.
What is the Locker Room?
The Locker Room is your personal equipment on KOTH. Here, you can upload and showcase all your equipment for your chosen sport – whether it’s goggles, helmets, skis, bikes, or boards. Check out what top riders are using, discover new kit you might want to try, and even access direct links to buy the exact gear you see.
Build out your own Locker Room to compare setups with others, get inspiration, or just see how your kit stacks up against the rest of the community!
What is the Daily KOTH Race?
The Daily Race is a unique, time-limited challenge that brings the KOTH community together every day. A bit like BeReal, after pressing the Enter The Race button – once a day, users have one chance to record one run, anywhere, anytime – before the lifts close.
Our algorithm then calculates a ride score based on the grade of the run you tracked, your ability level and all your stats. Winners for each category (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Pro) are announced in resort, online and in app when the lifts close.
Completing the Daily KOTH Race not only gives you bragging rights between your friends, but also unlocks special rewards, medals, and boosts your standing in the KOTH community.
Can I use KOTH to find new people to adventure with?
Yes! Although KOTH is built for friends, the app lets you follow and keep up to date with other adventure enthusiasts nearby or around the world, even if your usual crew isn’t available.
